We’ve used the ghost rub on ribs, chicken, steaks, everything! It has just the perfect amount of flavorful heat without being too hot! Highly recommend it!
The best thing about this rub is that is good on everything. I have used it on Steaks, Chicken, Shrimp, Salmon and even in stir fry's. I have used on a the grill and in airfriers and have not been disappointed yet. The Rubs flavor is perfect and just enough sweet and Heat ( I get the ghost pepper version ) to make everything I have tried it on just amazing. It caramelizes perfectly to give that little crunch on proteins that makes cooking with dry rubs special. I can not recommend this highly enough
