Signature Rub
As someone who has been in the food service business for over a decade I cannot express enough how impressed I am with this product. The flavors are bold yet extremely well balanced. Additionally, the product is very versatile and I have found myself putting it on almost every protein I cook, whether pork, beef, fish, or fowl. I love that the ingredients are natural and straightforward. The perfect ratio of salt, sweet and spice.
One thing I really love about this rub is its minimalist packaging allowing the product to speak for itself. No lipstick needed for this pig. I would put this rub up against anything else in the market. Simply outstanding.

I've used it on a beef brisket and a turkey for Thanksgiving, I've since used it in turkey soup and turkey salad. I love Southern Rub on everything. Southern Rub adds a great zest to everything! I took one jar of Southern Rub with me when I went out for breakfast on Sunday after Thanksgiving, I gave the jar of Southern Rub to one of my breakfast buddies. He called me 2 days later and raved about it!! He just put it on a summer sausage sandwich, but he loved it
